KAKATA, The detained Margibi County Senator Roland C. Kaine and 15 other men are expected to appear before the stipendiary magistrate, His Honor Peter Howard, today for their alleged involvement in the recent Margibi-Grand Bassa border brutal massacre of 14 Liberians.
