MONROVIA, What could be considered a major glitch to the smooth operation of government is in the offing as the National Legislature considers delaying the approval of the draft budget for the purpose of scrutinizing it. The lawmakers' action stemmed from what they are referring to as 'due diligence' to the draft national budget for 2008/09 before passing the act into law.
