Ex-NIC Chairman on Impersonation Charge
-Files US$10,000 Bond

MONROVIA, National Investment Commission (NIC) former chairman in the defunct National Transitional Government of Liberia (NTGL), who was arrested recently for allegedly forging the name of Lands, Mines and Energy Minister, Eugene H. Shannon, yesterday filed a US$10,000 criminal appearance bond with the Monrovia City Court.
