MONROVIA, The Ministry of Finance (MOF) yesterday turned over to the General Auditing Commission (GAC) documents representing government transaction covering the fiscal period of 2005/2006 and 2006/2007 but Auditor General John Morlu is quoted as expressing 'dissatisfaction and disappointment' over the Ministry's late cooperation.
