MONROVIA, About 15 armed robbers early Thursday morning chopped off two fingers of a Nigerian businessman, Ifeanyi Vincent Igboeli, manager of the Angels Mineral Water (AMW) business center, at his Weever Avenue home-office, adjacent Antoinette Tubman Memorial Methodist Church in Paynesville.
