Bishop Quao's Alleged Murderers Arraigned in Court

Preliminary examination into the gruesome murder case of late Bishop John Alfred Quao of Logan Town, failed to be heard, after the alleged murderers had been arraigned before the Monrovia City Court at the Temple of Justice on Monday.
