This is the fourth and final part of our series on career or vocation. The goal of this final article is to give a summary of the essentials of the previous articles, and to spend the rest of the article on how to assess career/vocation success and failure, and what is required to ensure and enhance career/vocation success and avoid its failure. What is career/vocation success? How can one evaluate one's career/vocation success and by what standard or criteria? What are the requirements for a successful career/vocation? These basic questions will guide this study.
