HIV/AIDS on the Increase in Bassa

Head Counselor of the Lutheran Church in Liberia HIV/AIDS Program in Buchanan, Mr. J. Bonokpowa Mitchell, has reported that the spread of the HIV virus is on the rise in Grand Bassa County.
