MONROVIA, The much heralded erection of regional colleges in leeward counties, which is intended to provide access to education to scores of Liberians living outside Monrovia, will start in earnest, Director General of the National Commission on Higher Education (NCHE), Dr. Michael P. Slawon, has announced.
