MONROVIA, Bureau of Immigration Commissioner Chris Massaquoi and Inspector General of police Beatrice Munah Sieh, in separate interviews with reporters, have blamed deplorable living and working conditions of officers of the Liberian National Police (LNP) and the Bureau of Immigration assigned to various border points in the country on budgetary constraints.
