MONROVIA, Lawyers representing the accused in the matter of the death of Meideh Angel Togba have taken issue with Cllr. Phillip A. Z. Banks, Minister of Justice, for pronouncement he allegedly made a few days ago that they (lawyers) had failed to bring in a deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) expert to conduct DNA analysis on the body of the late Angel Togba.
