The late Morgan is noted for his famous Attorney General's Opinion requested by Tolbert to determine whether a President of Liberia is exempt from paying taxes. MONROVIA, A Bishop was assassinated late Monday night after a woman, who claimed to be in distress, awoke him to come and pray over her ailing child. (This was later proved to be a scam). Reports say on recognizing the caller's voice, the Bishop opened his room door to usher in the caller. He was immediately hacked to death by four other accomplices of the woman, reports disclosed. His assailants immediately escaped. The police have now launched a rigorous search for the suspects.
