Laffor’s Sundowns Out of Telkom Knockout Cup

It would have been another boost for South Africa based Liberia forward Anthony Snoti Laffor during the weekend if his club Mamelodi Sundowns were to reach the semi-finals of the Telkom Knockout Cup.

Although he has been praised for his latest achievement with his club in the CAF Champions League, the unfortunate result for Laffor’s Sundowns after they were edged out by his former club Super Sports United by 3 goals to 1 on penalties in the competition’s quarter finals left many a fan desiring more from the 31 year old.
